Refunds and Ticket Transfers

• Rescheduled Event: If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date, and notified by email.

• Ticket Transfer: You can transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing kiaora@tekaingawahine.co.nz with the updated details.

• Resale: Tickets cannot be resold or transferred for commercial gain.

• Refunds: No refunds will be given unless due to exceptional circumstances the event is cancelled and cannot be postponed or rescheduled.

Health and Safety

Attendees must follow all health and safety protocols as instructed by the venue hosts and the event organizers.

The event organizers are not liable for any illness, injury, or loss during the event unless caused by their negligence.

Liability

The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

The event organizers' liability for any loss or damage is limited to the ticket price, as permitted by law.

Photography and Filming

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
