Te Kāinga Wāhine membership provides a space for wāhine to connect, learn and grow. Our support is designed to help wāhine grow in their leadership potential.

Te Kāinga Wāhine membership is a place of belonging for wāhine who are looking for like-minded, like-hearted people to connect, collaborate and kōrero.

LEAD is designed to fit into your life while giving you the tools to grow as a leader. Over the course of nine weeks, you’ll be part of an intimate group of wāhine, connecting weekly for live sessions and sharing your progress in a supportive, private space.

We teach leadership using our MAEA Leadership™ Framework, building leadership capacity from a mana wahine foundation.

LEAD is for you if you have impact on your heart and you are wanting to show up as a wahine Māori leader in the spaces you’re in, whether that be business, community, whānau or mahi.

Coaching is all about exploring ideas. Tapping into your potential. Creating new perspectives. Encouraging action. Amy works with wāhine to move past old mindsets, beliefs and habits, and create new ones that take you towards your goals and aspirations.
